- What is the standard processing time for non-custom orders?
Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. No orders will be processed on Saturdays and Sundays.
- What is your return policy?
Being that all of our items are hand crafted, all or our sales are final.
If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order and we will assist you as needed. If item(s) are needing to be returned, you will be given a store credit for your future purchase.
- Are the earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes, all of our earrings are nickel free.
- How do I place a custom order?
All custom orders can be placed by clicking the "Customize here" tab on our homepage, and production will begin after receipt of deposit.
A $30 non-refundable deposit required for all custom orders, and will be applied to the total cost of your order. The remaining balance will be billed prior to shipping of custom items, and shipping fee and tax will be applied.
Orders not paid in full within 5 days of receiving the final invoice will be cancelled and transferred into our regular inventory.
- Can changes be made on my custom order?
Unfortunately, we can not make changes on your custom order once production has started.
